Parimatch PhonePe UPI Deposits Debited Not Credited For 21 Days
I made two separate deposits to my Parimatch account via PhonePe UPI that were debited from my bank but have still not been credited to my Parimatch balance after 21 days. The first deposit was made on 2 January for ₹25,000 with UTR number 957194267270, and the second deposit was made on 5 January for ₹27,000 with UTR number 634732303835. For both transactions the money was successfully deducted from my account, but my Parimatch balance did not update. I created support tickets for each missing deposit. One of the tickets has shown “in progress” for about 7 days, while the other has shown “we’ll pick this up soon” for around 7 days, with no real update, solution, or clear explanation from your side. I request that these two deposits be checked urgently and that the total amount of ₹52,000 be immediately credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay. I also ask that you provide a clear explanation for this long delay and confirm in writing once the balance has been added correctly.
