Parimatch Paytm Payment Successful but Balance Not Updated

My name is Nikhlesh Garg, and my Parimatch betting ID is 822098639. On 1 January 2026 at around 22:57, I deposited Rs 6,850 to Parimatch via UPI using Paytm. The billing or order reference shown on Parimatch is 822098639, and the UPI/transaction reference number visible in my Paytm details is 600113658700. Although the amount of Rs 6,850 has been debited from my bank account and my bank confirms that the payment was successfully processed, the deposit has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. It has now been about 20 days since this transaction. When I contacted the bank, they clearly stated that the payment was successful on their side. Parimatch support, on the other hand, is saying that the payment has not reached them, that only the payment slip is showing as successful, and that the amount will be returned to my bank. However, until today, the money has neither been credited to my Parimatch account nor refunded to my bank account. I request that this payment be urgently traced and either the Rs 6,850 be credited to my Parimatch account or immediately refunded to my bank account. I also request a clear written confirmation explaining what went wrong in this transaction and by when this issue will be resolved. If this issue is not resolved and my money is not returned or credited, I am prepared to file a complaint before the appropriate legal authorities and the court. I also kindly request a clear and written response to this complaint within 7 days.
