Parimatch UPI Deposit Declined but Money Debited

I deposited ₹2500 into my Parimatch wallet via UPI on 8 November 2025, but the payment was shown as declined on Parimatch even though the amount was debited from my UPI account. The money left my UPI, yet it is not visible in my Parimatch wallet and has not been refunded. I also have a payment screenshot as proof of this transaction. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, and they told me to create a ticket, which I did. However, the ticket has not been helpful, and my issue remains unresolved even after a long time of waiting. I request that the ₹2500 from this declined UPI transaction be refunded to my UPI account without any further delay, and that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
Progress
On 8 November 2025, I deposited ₹2500 into my Parimatch wallet via UPI through the Parimatch Android application. Although the amount was debited from my UPI account, the transaction was shown as declined on Parimatch. The money left my UPI account but did not appear in my Parimatch wallet and has also not been refunded to me. I have a payment screenshot as proof of this transaction.
On the same day, I contacted support about this issue and explained that the amount was debited but neither credited to my Parimatch account nor refunded. Despite this, the problem is still unresolved.
I request that the missing ₹2500 either be immediately refunded to my UPI account or correctly credited to my Parimatch wallet without any further delay. I am also ready to share the transaction screenshot and any other details needed to resolve this issue as soon as possible.
