I am writing regarding an issue with my Parimatch account registered in India, specifically related to my casino balance. On 13 March, after a transaction on my account, I noticed that my casino balance was locked and I have not been able to access or use it since then. There is an amount of 1,000 in my casino balance that is currently blocked. This is the first time I have experienced such a problem with my Parimatch account, and I have not received any clear explanation or warning about why this restriction has been applied. I have also not yet contacted customer support, as I am raising the issue here first. I request that my casino balance be immediately unlocked and made fully available to me, or that the blocked amount of 1,000 be paid out to me without further delay. If there is any reason or rule behind this restriction, I also ask that it be clearly explained to me in writing. I kindly ask that this situation be reviewed urgently and resolved as soon as possible.
