Parimatch Not Allowing Bets Due to Blocked Deposit

I have a serious problem with my Parimatch casino account, where my funds are blocked even though my balance is visible. Today I tried to place bets, and although the balance is showing correctly, every time I try to bet, the system displays a message that my funds are blocked. Parimatch customer support told me to enter the UTR number of my transaction, but they did not clearly explain why my funds have been blocked. The payment in question is today’s deposit made from my SBI bank account. At the moment, around 1000 is blocked in my Parimatch casino balance, and I am unable to use it. I request that my account and transaction be checked urgently, that the reason for blocking my funds be clearly explained, and that my 1000 balance be unblocked or refunded to me as soon as possible so I can access my own money without any further issues.
