I am writing regarding an issue I faced with my Parimatch account today. I deposited 2,000 rupees into my account, and now a total of 2,549 rupees is shown as “part of your funds blocked in casino,” with a message that I have to play casino instead of being able to play cricket. When I try to use my balance for cricket, I see messages like “something went wrong,” and I am unable to place cricket bets. Before this, I had deposited 1,000 rupees earlier and lost that amount while playing, but I did not have this kind of blocking problem. The current situation is different because my funds are blocked and I cannot use them for the purpose I want, which is cricket betting. My clear request from Parimatch is that you unblock the 2,549 rupees that are currently blocked in casino and allow me to use this balance to play cricket normally. I also request a clear explanation of why my funds were blocked in this way so that this problem does not happen again.
