Parimatch Game Account Blocked

I have a user account on Parimatch.com and recently discovered that my account is blocked when I tried to make a withdrawal. Instead of being able to withdraw my funds, I received a message that my account is blocked, and I have not been able to access or use it properly since then. I contacted the Parimatch support team via chat, but I did not receive any helpful information or a clear explanation about why my account was blocked or how this issue can be resolved. At the moment I am left without access to my account and my funds, and I do not know the reason for this situation. I kindly request that my Parimatch.com account be unblocked as soon as possible, or that I receive a clear explanation of the reason for the block and what I need to do to restore access to my account and my balance.
