Parimatch Deposit Blocked After UPI Payment - No Explanation

I am writing regarding an issue with my Parimatch account where my deposited amount has been blocked without any explanation. On 28/12/2025, I made a deposit of 1,500 via UPI from India into my Parimatch account, and shortly after, the amount suddenly became blocked and inaccessible. There was no prior warning or request for verification before or after the deposit, and I have not been asked to submit any documents such as ID, selfie, or address proof. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this situation, but I have not received any response so far, which is very disappointing and worrying considering that this is my own money. I request that my blocked deposit of 1,500 be urgently reviewed and released to my account, or refunded back to my original payment method, and that I be provided with a clear explanation as to why it was blocked in the first place.

Same issue. Did you get it resolved? I also deposited ₹700 and it instantly, without any permission got converted into locked bonus which I am not able to withdraw nor am I able to place any bet either
