I deposited Parimatch on 18/10/25 for 4,900 INR using UPI through Google Pay. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. There has been no response from Parimatch regarding this issue. I am unable to use the money that has already been deducted from my account, and this is causing me serious inconvenience. I request that my 4,900 INR be either immediately credited to my Parimatch account or refunded to my bank account, and that I be informed clearly about the status of this transaction.
