Parimatch Didn’t Credit My 500 PhonePe UPI Deposit

I made a deposit of 500 on 03/01/2026 via PhonePe UPI to my Parimatch sports betting account registered with the number 6909614159. Although the payment was successfully completed from my side, the amount has still not been reflected in my Parimatch balance. After noticing that the deposit was missing, I contacted Parimatch support. I was informed that I should wait, but despite waiting for two days, the issue has not been resolved, and the amount is still not visible in my account. I request that my 500 UPI deposit made through PhonePe on 03/01/2026 be promptly located and credited to my Parimatch sports betting account, or, if this is not possible, that the amount be refunded to the original payment method. I also ask to be informed clearly about the status and reason for this delay.
