Payment Not Received By Parimatch
I deposited 5,000 rupees into my Parimatch account on 08/12/2025 at around 5:42 p.m. using PhonePe from my Axis Bank account. The amount has been successfully debited from my bank, and I also have the UTR number for this transaction, but the payment has still not been credited to my Parimatch account. I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this missing deposit, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is causing inconvenience because my money has left my bank account, yet it is not available in my Parimatch balance. I request that the 5,000 rupees be immediately credited to my Parimatch account for this transaction, or that the issue be urgently checked and resolved based on the UTR number and payment details.
