Parimatch Deposit Stuck For Last 6 Months, No Refund, No Credits

I have been facing an unresolved issue with Parimatch regarding three UPI deposits that have been stuck in processing since August 2025. The deposit amounts are 222 INR, 1000 INR, and 5004 INR. These three transactions have neither been credited to my Parimatch account nor refunded to my bank, even though a long time has passed. I am using Parimatch from India, and my account is fully KYC verified. Apart from these three deposits, my other deposits are going through successfully, but some deposits in between get stuck in “processing” and never reach my account. For these specific three deposits, I have complete proof, including UPI payment screenshots and a detailed PDF containing all the emails I have sent and the replies I received. I have contacted Parimatch customer support many times over the last few months, both through email and chat. I have emailed them more than 150 times. Each time, they only repeat that “experts are working on this as a top priority,” but there has been no real progress, no clear explanation, and no solution. This situation is causing serious frustration because my money is blocked without any concrete update or time frame. I request that these three deposits be immediately either credited to my Parimatch account or refunded to my original payment source. Considering that this issue has been pending since August 2025 despite countless follow‑ups, I also expect appropriate compensation for the long delay and the inconvenience caused. I am ready to provide the PDF with all correspondence and the payment screenshots as evidence and ask that this matter be resolved as soon as possible.
