Parimatch Deposit Problem – ₹2,500 Not Reflected in Balance

On January 6, 2026, I deposited ₹2,500 into my Parimatch account from India via UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, and the UPI transaction shows as completed with reference number 988282451355. However, the funds have still not been reflected in my Parimatch balance.
Despite this, I have not received any response from Parimatch customer support. My money remains stuck even though the payment was clearly successful, which makes the platform feel unsafe and unreliable for users.
I request that my ₹2,500 deposit made on January 6, 2026, via UPI (reference number 988282451355) be immediately credited to my Parimatch account without any further delay. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will consider escalating the matter to the relevant authorities, as this is a serious issue that must be addressed.
