Parimatch Deposit of ₹2,499.98 Missing After Successful UPI Payment

I am writing about a problem with a deposit on my Parimatch account. On March 8, 2026, I made a deposit of ₹2,499.98 via UPI, with UTR number 605047791752. The amount was successfully deducted from my account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance.

After noticing that the money did not appear in my account, I contacted Parimatch customer support, but I have not received any response so far. This situation is both worrying and inconvenient, as my funds are stuck without any update or resolution.

I request that the missing deposit of ₹2,499.98 be credited to my Parimatch account immediately and that I be clearly informed about the current status of this transaction.
