Parimatch Deposit Not Working With UPI and PhonePe Payment Error

122

I am a user of the Parimatch betting app, and I have been trying to deposit money into my wallet to place cricket bets, but I am unable to complete the payment.

On March 17, 2026, when I selected UPI and PhonePe as my payment method and entered the deposit amount, a link appeared, and then the screen showed that the site was not working. Because of this error, the deposit could not be completed, and no transaction went through.

At this time, no money has been deducted from my bank or PhonePe account, but I am unable to deposit any funds into my Parimatch wallet due to this technical issue.

I was also unable to find any clear way to contact customer support or a helpline number within the app, so I could not get assistance directly from Parimatch.

I request that Parimatch urgently fix this deposit issue and provide a working payment method so I can successfully add funds to my wallet. I also ask that Parimatch clearly provide an accessible customer support channel or helpline number so I can get help quickly if similar problems occur in the future.
