Parimatch Deposit Declined but Money Deducted From PhonePe

On February 4, 2026, I made a ₹300 deposit to my Parimatch account via UPI using PhonePe through the live games section on the Parimatch website. The amount was successfully deducted from my PhonePe account, but it has not been credited to my Parimatch balance. After contacting Parimatch customer support, I was informed that the payment was declined, even though the money has already been taken from my PhonePe account. This situation is causing inconvenience, as I have neither received the funds nor a proper resolution. I request that the ₹300 be credited to my Parimatch account immediately, or that a clear and effective solution be provided so I do not suffer a loss due to this failed transaction.
