Parimatch PhonePe Deposit Failed, Not Credited

I am writing regarding a failed deposit issue on Parimatch via PhonePe that has not been resolved. On 11 February 2026 at around 9:39 pm, I made a deposit of ₹7,499.95 to my Parimatch account using PhonePe. The transaction was successfully completed on my side and the receiver has received the full amount, but on the Parimatch website the deposit shows as failed and the money has not been added to my balance. The UTR number for this transaction is 338550861588. I contacted Parimatch support through chat, but they were not able to help or provide a clear solution. As a result, my money is stuck even though the payment has gone through successfully from my account. I request that this issue be investigated urgently and that either the amount of ₹7,499.95 is credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my bank/PhonePe account. I expect a clear confirmation and a prompt resolution so that my funds are not left in limbo any longer.
