I made a deposit of ₹10,000 into my Parimatch account via UPI on April 4, 2026. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, but it has still not been credited to my Parimatch balance. It has now been 10 days without any resolution or update.
I attempted to contact customer support, but I could not find any official email address or phone number on the Parimatch website. The only available option was the online chat, where I created a support ticket regarding this missing deposit. Unfortunately, the ticket has remained in a pending state with no progress or status update, which is extremely frustrating given the amount involved and the time that has passed.
This situation raises serious concerns about the reliability of the platform, as my funds are stuck without any clarity or communication.
I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that my ₹10,000 be either credited to my Parimatch account or refunded back to my bank account, whichever can be processed faster. I also expect a clear explanation of what went wrong with this UPI transaction and why my support ticket has not been addressed, so I can have confidence in using your platform in the future.
