On October 2, I made a deposit of ₹40,000 to my Parimatch account via UPI, but the amount has still not been credited to my wallet. The funds were successfully deducted from my bank account, yet they never appeared in my Parimatch balance.
I contacted Parimatch customer support regarding this issue, and a ticket was created. However, it has now been more than six months, and I have not received any resolution or meaningful update. This level of delay and lack of response is completely unacceptable, especially considering the size of the amount involved.
I request that Parimatch urgently resolve this matter by either crediting the ₹40,000 to my Parimatch wallet immediately or issuing a full refund back to my bank account. I also expect a clear explanation and a thorough investigation into why this deposit has remained unresolved for such an extended period.
