Parimatch Deposit Issue

I made a deposit of ₹10,000 to my Parimatch account on 8 March 2026 at 5:53 p.m. via UPI. The amount was successfully deducted from my bank account, but it has neither been credited to my Parimatch account nor refunded to my bank to date. Following this issue, I have been constantly emailing Parimatch support and have even created two separate tickets. However, I have not received any clear answer or concrete solution from customer support, and the situation remains unresolved. I request that my ₹10,000 be refunded in full to my bank account as soon as possible, as the deposit was not reflected in my Parimatch balance and I have been left without either the funds in my account or the service I intended to use.

The money has still not been deposited, and it has been a week now. Parimatch has not responded to my emails, and they do not have any customer support team or contact number, which is very frustrating.



I am also facing a similar issue. I deposited 10k on April 4th using UPI; the money was debited from my bank account but not added to my Parimatch account. I raised a support ticket, but there has been no resolution so far. I am now waiting to get my money back, and I will never use their website again. Could you please let me know which support email you are using to contact the Parimatch team from India? I have tried different email addresses, but they do not seem to recognize my account.
