On April 6, I deposited 500 into my Parimatch casino account through the website. After making the deposit, the amount was automatically added to a bonus balance and labeled as “temporarily locked by bonus,” which prevented me from using it in casino games as I originally intended.

Following the instructions in my account, I carefully completed all the required steps to cancel the bonus and successfully removed it. However, even after canceling the bonus, my 500 deposit is still not available as a usable real balance and remains locked under the bonus section.

I contacted Parimatch customer support today regarding this issue, but I did not receive any clear explanation or solution, and the problem is still unresolved.

I request that my 500 deposit be immediately released as an active real balance in my Parimatch casino account so I can use it normally. Alternatively, I ask for a clear explanation of why my funds remain locked and for the issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
