Parimatch Balance Locked by Bonus

I deposited 1000 rupees into my Parimatch account today to use in casino games. However, when I try to play, the system shows the message “balance is temporarily locked by bonus” and the amount is not usable in casino games. I did not select, activate or use any bonus or promo code during this deposit, so I do not understand why my balance is locked as if it is under a bonus. I have not yet been able to reach customer support about this issue and I am currently unable to use the money I deposited for its intended purpose. I request that Parimatch immediately unlock my deposited balance and make the full 1000 rupees available for use in casino games, and that any unintended or incorrect bonus lock on my account be removed.
