I deposited 1000 rupees into my Parimatch account today to use in casino games. However, when I try to play, the system shows the message “balance is temporarily locked by bonus” and the amount is not usable in casino games. I did not select, activate or use any bonus or promo code during this deposit, so I do not understand why my balance is locked as if it is under a bonus. I have not yet been able to reach customer support about this issue and I am currently unable to use the money I deposited for its intended purpose.
