Parimatch Deposit Locked In Bonus Balance - Cannot Use Funds

On 12 March 2026, I deposited ₹500 into my Parimatch casino wallet. Instead of being added to my usable main wallet balance, this amount was incorrectly placed into a locked bonus balance, which I did not intend or consent to. Because of this, I have been unable to use my own deposited money as a normal wallet balance. This problem is linked to my transaction with ID 119882417229 and my game ID 472031887. The deposit was made around 5:07 am from the Kolkata Hatiara Road area. I deposited this ₹500 with the clear expectation that it would be fully available in my main wallet, not restricted under any bonus conditions. I request that my ₹500 be removed from the locked bonus balance and credited back to my balance under game ID 472031887 so that I can use it to play normally. If this is not possible, then I request that the full ₹500 be refunded to my original payment method. I kindly ask Parimatch to review this issue and resolve it as soon as possible.
