Parimatch Deposit Shows as Locked Bonus Instead of Cash Balance

I deposited ₹500 into my Parimatch account on or around February 12 at approximately 8:20 PM. This was my own money, but after the deposit, the amount was shown as a locked bonus instead of a real balance. Because of this, I am unable to withdraw the funds or use them as normal balance. I did not knowingly select any bonus or promotion, and no clear information was shown to me indicating that my deposit would be converted into a locked bonus with restrictions. I made the deposit expecting it to appear as real, usable money in my account.

I am using Parimatch from India, and my registered phone number on the account is 9880732049. I have not yet been able to contact customer support regarding this issue. I request that my ₹500 deposited amount be converted from a locked bonus into real money in my Parimatch account so that I can use it as normal balance. I kindly ask that you review my account and resolve this issue as soon as possible.
