Parimatch Locked My ₹500 Deposit in Bonus Balance and Won’t Let Me Use It

On March 9, 2026, I deposited ₹500 into my Parimatch wallet. However, the money did not appear in my usable wallet balance and instead was placed into a locked bonus balance.
Because of this, I cannot use my own ₹500 to play games. The deposit was successfully made to my Parimatch account, and I have the transaction details: Game ID 920711439 and UTR number 586440529111.
I deposited this amount with the clear intention of playing games using my real balance, not to have it automatically locked as a bonus. I did not intend to accept any bonus conditions that would prevent me from using my deposited funds.
I request that my ₹500 be removed from the locked bonus balance and immediately credited back to my main wallet balance so that I can use it normally. Alternatively, the ₹500 should be refunded to my original payment method.
Please review this transaction and resolve the issue as soon as possible.
