Parimatch Bonus Locked, Deposit Not Released After Bonus Cancelled

I deposited 8,000 into my Parimatch casino account on 25 December. After the deposit, the amount was added to the bonus balance and is currently shown as “temporarily locked by bonus,” so I am unable to use it in the casino games as I intended. I followed the steps to cancel the bonus one by one as instructed, and I successfully removed the bonus, but my 8,000 is still not active and remains locked under the bonus. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this situation, but I did not receive any useful solution and the issue is still ongoing. I request that my 8,000 deposit be immediately released as an active real balance in my Parimatch casino account so that I can use it normally, or that the issue be clearly explained and resolved as soon as possible.
