Parimatch Deposit Locked in Bonus
I am using the Parimatch India mobile application and on 19/04/2026 I deposited 500 INR into my casino account via PhonePe UPI. After the deposit, the amount was not added as a normal real balance but was automatically placed into the bonus balance and is currently displayed as “temporarily locked by bonus,” so I am unable to use this money in the casino games as I originally intended. Following the instructions in the app, I carefully went through the steps to cancel the bonus one by one and successfully removed the bonus from my account. However, despite cancelling the bonus, my 500 INR deposit is still not active and continues to appear locked under the bonus, so I cannot use it as a regular balance. Yesterday at around 4:00 PM I contacted Parimatch customer support and explained the situation, but I did not receive any useful solution and the issue is still ongoing without a clear explanation. One of your representatives informed me that this kind of problem should be resolved within a maximum of 1 hour, but even though that time has passed, my balance is still locked and I cannot use it. I want this problem to be solved as soon as possible and I request that my 500 INR deposit be immediately released as an active real balance in my Parimatch casino account so that I can use it normally, or that the reason for this lock be clearly explained and the problem resolved without any further delay.
