Parimatch Not Releasing My ₹1,200 UPI Deposit After Transaction

On March 9, 2026, I deposited ₹1,200 into my Parimatch account for sports betting using UPI. After the transaction was completed, my account only showed bonus money, and my actual ₹1,200 deposit was locked by the bonus.
Because of this, I am unable to use my real deposited balance normally. I have screenshots and transaction details confirming that the ₹1,200 deposit was successfully completed, yet the money is not available as a regular balance and is instead tied to a bonus in a way that I did not clearly accept or intend.
I contacted Parimatch customer support, but they have only delayed the process and wasted time without providing any real solution or unlocking my funds. This situation is extremely frustrating because my own deposited money is effectively blocked.
I request that Parimatch immediately cancel the bonus, unlock my account balance, and return my ₹1,200 deposit, either as a normal usable balance in my account or refunded back to my original payment method. I expect this issue to be resolved promptly, and I am ready to provide screenshots and UPI transaction details if necessary.
