I am writing about an issue I recently faced with my Parimatch account. On 2 April 2026 at around 6:50 pm, I deposited 540 INR via UPI from India. After the deposit, I was unable to place any bets, and a message appeared stating that my funds are locked by a casino bonus or something similar. I did not intend for my deposit to be locked in this way and expected to be able to use it normally. Since this issue occurred, the only message I keep seeing is that my payment is in process. I tried contacting the Parimatch support team, but I have not received any useful reply or solution, and my funds remain locked and unusable in my account. I request that Parimatch either immediately unlock my 540 INR so that I can use it freely on the platform, or refund the full amount back to my original account used for the UPI deposit. I expect this situation to be resolved as soon as possible, as my money has been held without a clear explanation or effective support.
