Unfortunately, I am very unhappy with how Paribu handled the 2020 XRP airdrop sharing. In five years, even though I have 6,630 XRP, I have only gotten 1,001 FLR tokens and 1,001 Songbird tokens. To make things even worse, you can't sell these coins. At the same time, the airdrop has been properly and on time distributed on other foreign platforms.
I thought Paribu would be a good local site, but this whole experience has been awful. There has been no clear communication or openness about the leftover tokens, and customer service isn't helpful, offering only generic answers like "contact customer service."
I want Paribu to give the rest of the tokens it owes its users right away. This lack of responsibility is not okay, and users should be able to get answers and be treated fairly. Let the people in the neighborhood see how badly this has been handled.
