Papara Wrongly Charged Fast Transfer Fee on Incoming Payment
On June 15, 2024, someone sent me money via the Papara mobile app. However, instead of being shown as the recipient, the system incorrectly displayed me as the sender of the transaction. As a result, 15.68 TL was deducted from my account as a FAST transfer fee.
In reality, I was only the receiver, not the sender. The transaction is incorrectly categorized under the FAST system and does not appear under the “Incoming Money” section of my account. My account number is 43****502.
I request that this issue be investigated immediately, that the wrongly charged fee be refunded, and that the transaction record be corrected to reflect my role as the recipient.
