TikTok Coins Weren't Credited Despite ₺60,000 Payment



I gently request your help with a problem I am currently experiencing. During the period from 14.06.2024 to 14.08.2024, I made around ₺60,000 worth of coin purchases from my TikTok account, ka***. Unfortunately, my TikTok account did not receive any credits for these coins. Even though the funds were deducted from my Papara account, I did not receive the corresponding coins. I kindly request that you address this matter promptly and provide appropriate compensation for the damages I have incurred. If needed, I will escalate this issue to the Consumer Court and, if necessary, file a complaint with CİMER (Presidency’s Communication Center). I would greatly appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter.
