I recently noticed an unauthorized withdrawal of ₺426.5 from my Papara account [2106207933] on July 26, 2024, at 1:51 PM. I did not make or authorize any transactions that would justify this amount being taken from my account. This is highly concerning and unacceptable.

I request an immediate investigation into this issue, along with a detailed explanation of the transaction, including who received the funds and why this withdrawal occurred. I demand an instant refund of the full amount back to my account.
