Papara Announced Service Suspension — What It Means for Users
Today, I tried to use my Papara Card both to withdraw money from an ATM and to make a purchase, but in both cases, I received a “declined” message from the bank, and I was unable to complete any transactions. The last four digits of my card are 3436. I currently have a balance of $17 on my card, and I cannot access these funds.
This situation has caused me significant inconvenience today. I contacted Papara live support, but they were unable to offer any solution. Later, Papara publicly announced that transactions had been temporarily suspended and that refunds would be processed promptly. However, my balance has still not been refunded.
I request that my remaining balance of $17 be refunded as quickly as possible and that my grievance be resolved immediately.
