Can’t Use Papara Card or Withdraw Money

Since October 31, 2025, I have been unable to perform any transactions through my Papara Black Card account. Even though my account has a balance of $178, I cannot withdraw money, make transfers, shop online, or even view my balance. On October 30, 2025, after depositing $178, all of my transactions completely stopped.
I have not received any warning, error message, or restriction notice from Papara. I tried to contact Papara customer service throughout the entire day, but I couldn’t reach anyone, and my issue still persists. I also attempted to use my card at an ATM, but I was unable to make any transactions there either.
I urgently request that my account be reactivated and that my grievance be resolved immediately.
