Papara Did Not Receive the Money I Deposited via ATM
On the night of May 28 to May 29, between 11:30 PM and 12:30 AM, I deposited ₺4,000 in cash into my Papara card using the VakıfBank ATM (ATM No: 005746). After the ATM displayed the message “Your deposit transaction has been completed,” it returned my card. However, when I checked my Papara account, I realized that the deposited amount had not been credited. The money I deposited to my Papara card from the VakıfBank Sincan Metro Törekent ATM has not been credited to my account.
On the night connecting May 28 to May 29, between 23:30 and 00:30, I deposited 4000 TL cash into my Papara card at the VakıfBank ATM (ATM no: 005746) located at Sincan Metro Törekent, 252/1 Sok. No:40/a-b Sincan, Ankara. The ATM displayed the message “your cash deposit transaction is completed” and returned my card. However, when I checked my Papara account, I found that the amount I deposited has not been credited.
I request that this inconvenience be resolved as soon as possible and that the deposited money be transferred to my Papara account.

Hi. The same thing happened to me yesterday—I deposited money into an Akbank ATM, but it wasn’t credited to my account. I tried calling the English customer service line, but no one answered. Papara is terrible.
