Papara Did Not Receive the Money I Deposited via ATM

On the night of May 28 to May 29, between 11:30 PM and 12:30 AM, I deposited ₺4,000 in cash into my Papara card using the VakıfBank ATM (ATM No: 005746). After the ATM displayed the message “Your deposit transaction has been completed,” it returned my card. However, when I checked my Papara account, I realized that the deposited amount had not been credited. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible and that the deposited amount be transferred to my Papara account. Sincerely,
