Papara Did Not Add My Deposit to My Account and Marked It as Resolved
On May 29, 2025, at around 6:30 PM, I made a deposit of ₺7100 into my Papara account. After the transaction, I received a receipt, which I then threw away. Later, when I logged into my account to check, I saw that the amount I had deposited was not reflected in my balance. I submitted a support ticket via email and then called the customer service center. The emails I received mention a daily deposit limit, but they all look like copy-paste responses repeating the same thing and saying that the issue has been resolved. Although the app shows the transaction as resolved, the money I deposited has still not been credited to my account. The representatives I spoke with on the phone confirmed the deposit and said the support team is working on it, but no result has been provided. I am waiting for a proper resolution.
