Papara Charged My Card for App Store Transactions I Never Authorized—Requesting Refund

I recently noticed unauthorized charges on my Papara card labeled under “App Store.” The first withdrawal was ₺69, followed by a second charge of ₺50—both of which I never approved. I don’t have any active subscriptions or linked accounts on the App Store that would justify these deductions.

This isn’t the first time something like this has happened. I initially assumed it was a mistake and let it go, but now I see it’s a recurring issue. There’s no explanation provided on where the money went, and no notifications or consent were requested before these charges were made.

Papara, I’m requesting an immediate refund of the unauthorized transactions and a clear investigation into how this occurred. If this is caused by a security flaw, it needs to be fixed urgently. Users trust your platform to keep their funds safe—not to allow mysterious deductions without any accountability.

Please stop these transactions from continuing and restore my money. I expect a detailed response and a permanent resolution to prevent further losses.
