Papara Black Card Not Working Online or In-Store
For the past two days, I have been unable to make any purchases with my Papara Black Card, either online or via POS terminals, and I also cannot transfer money. Every transaction I attempt ends with a “Declined” error. My card has sufficient balance, is still valid, and there are no restrictions or warnings on my account.
I have tried multiple channels — online shopping, physical store payments, and money transfers — and I keep getting the same error each time. I also know from others around me that this problem is affecting many users, not just me. Previously, I was asked several times to submit documents, and I have already provided them.
I request a clear and transparent explanation from Papara about the cause of this issue and that my card be restored to full functionality without further delay.
