Papara App Not Working Since October 31
Since 9:15 p.m. on October 31, 2025, I have been unable to perform any transactions through either the Papara mobile app or my Papara Card. When I try to transfer money to another IBAN, I receive the error message:
“Error! Your transaction cannot be completed at this time.”
I cannot perform any actions in the app at all. My account verification processes are fully completed, and I have never experienced such an issue before.
I tried to contact Papara customer service by phone, but I was unable to reach anyone and have not received any response. No fees have been deducted from my account; it’s just that no transaction can be completed.
I request that my issue be resolved as soon as possible and that money transfer transactions through my account be reactivated immediately.
