Papara keeps rejecting my verification documents, how can I get my account verified quickly and easily?

If your proof of identity is being turned down by Papara, make sure you have a legal Turkish ID card with a chip. Older cards without chips won't be accepted. Foreigners who want to live in Turkey must have a valid residence card. For verification, passports are not allowed.

Make sure there is enough light where you are and that the camera quality on your phone is higher than 480p before you start the verification process.

During verification, carefully follow the directions: scan both sides of your ID, and look at the camera and turn your head as told for the liveness check.

If your device has NFC, you can read the ID chip with it to make the process go faster.
