I am writing to complain about the restriction placed on my Papara account in Turkey, which has prevented me from withdrawing my own money or transferring it to another account since 4 June 2025. I can log in to my account, but I am completely unable to use my balance of 4,956 TL in any way.
Papara informed me that, as part of a security and transparency process, my account is under review and that I will not be able to use my balance or make any transactions during this period. However, I have not been given any clear information about the concrete reason for this review, what exactly is being checked, or how long this will take. Before the restriction, I used my Papara account to send money to people in Nigeria and to purchase some trading accounts, and these are now effectively blocked without a clear explanation.
Since this situation started, I have contacted Papara customer service several times. Each time I am only told that my account is under review and that there is nothing they can do, with no timeline, no detailed information, and no real guidance. Being repeatedly told just to wait, without any progress or transparency, makes me feel helpless and ignored. This process has caused both mental and financial stress, as I cannot access my own funds.
I request that Papara urgently completes the review of my account, clearly explains the specific reason for the restriction, and either restores full access to my balance of 4,956 TL or provides a concrete and lawful justification for any continued limitation. I expect a fast, transparent, and solution‑oriented response to this complaint, as such a long and unclear restriction on a basic financial service is not acceptable to me.
