We purchased Palmolive Lavender shower gel about 10 days ago and started using it as a family. Ever since we began using the product, every member of our household has experienced itching, redness, and skin irritation—even open sores. We did not notice any issues with the packaging, the product itself, or the expiration date.

I request an explanation regarding what may have caused this reaction, and I am also asking for a full refund for the product.
