On September 26, 2025, I purchased Palmolive Relax Lavender shower gel from File Market. I used the product a total of 6–7 times, and after each use, within about 20 minutes, I experienced intense itching and a stinging sensation on my skin. I have been using Palmolive shower gels for years, and this is the first time I’ve ever had such an issue. When I saw a doctor, I was told that my skin had become dry and dehydrated. After doing a bit of research, I noticed that similar complaints about this product have increased recently.
I still have the product packaging, but I lost the receipt, and I am not requesting a refund. I have not contacted customer service yet. I request that the brand urgently recall this product and conduct a thorough laboratory investigation, and that the results be shared with the public. Measures should be taken to ensure that health issues like this do not lead to more serious consequences.
