Oysho Refused to Refund Defective Tracksuit

I bought a tracksuit from Oysho's Kentpark branch, and it started pilling in specific areas. I purchased the same tracksuit in a different color three years ago and had no issues. I also bought another tracksuit made of the same fabric during this visit, and that one is perfectly fine. When I reported this to the store, they refused to accept my complaint. They embarrassed me by loudly blaming me for the issue in front of other customers. This was not only humiliating but also undermined my rights as a consumer. I want to let everyone know that I intend to pursue my rights through legal means and make my voice heard.
