Apple iPhone 12 Pro Warranty Denial

I took my iPhone 12 Pro to Gürgencler Cepa under the insurance because I couldn't hear the other person when I was on a call. But I can hear them when I use the speaker. Surprisingly, I was told that the insurance doesn't cover the problem because a fall about 20 months ago scratched the edge. Even though it had been almost 2 years since the fall before the problem showed up, this was used as a reason to deny the warranty claim. A company with a good name like Apple wouldn't take this kind of method. I want the problem to be solved.
