Otelz Failed to Return My Credit Card Payment

On January 15, 2026, I loaded ₺8,100 into the Otelz app using my credit card. I later requested a refund of this amount, but the refund was never processed, and no explanation was provided to me.

On May 21, I was able to reach Otelz customer service at 0850 333 0 220, and I was told over the phone that the refund would be issued. However, since that date, no payment has been credited back to my card. It is also extremely difficult to reach customer service, as my calls often go unanswered.

Following customer service instructions, I sent a total of five emails to d***@otelz.com.tr**, but none of them received a response. I have not been given any written or verbal update, and I am unable to use my money or reach anyone who can resolve the issue.

I request that Otelz immediately refund the full ₺8,100 to my credit card without any deduction and provide me with a written explanation regarding the status and reason for the delay.
