Otelz Still Hasn't Refunded My Canceled Reservations

I canceled two separate hotel reservations made through the Otelz website within the free cancellation period specified in the booking terms. My reservation numbers are 5634490 and 5634487, and both reservations were canceled on May 14, 2026.

Although a total of ₺7,420.50 (approximately $159) was charged to my bank card, more than 35 days have passed since the cancellations, and I still have not received my refund. When I previously contacted Otelz, I was informed that the refund had been approved and would be processed. However, no payment has been made, and I have not been provided with a refund reference number or any written confirmation regarding the status of the transaction.

For more than a month, I have repeatedly tried to contact customer service and obtain clear information about my refund, but I have been unable to receive a meaningful response. I believe this delay has gone well beyond a reasonable processing period.

I request that Otelz immediately refund the full amount of ₺7,420.50 to my bank card without any further delay. I also request a clear written explanation regarding the reason for the delay, together with confirmation and reference details for the refund transaction.
