I Paid on Otelz.com but the Hotel Says No Reservation Exists

I booked a non-refundable hotel reservation through Otelz.com for the upcoming Eid al-Fitr, and the full amount was charged to my credit card. Everything looked confirmed on their platform. But when I called the hotel directly to double-check the details, they told me they have no agreement with Otelz.com and my name isn’t in their system at all.

This is a huge breach of trust. I’ve tried calling Otelz.com dozens of times, but no one picks up. Their customer service is completely unreachable, and there’s no clear support channel. Why is Otelz listing hotels they don’t even have partnerships with and charging customers for fake bookings?
