I booked a non-refundable hotel reservation through Otelz.com for the upcoming Eid al-Fitr, and the full amount was charged to my credit card. Everything looked confirmed on their platform. This is a huge breach of trust. I’ve tried calling Otelz.com dozens of times, but no one picks up. Their customer service is completely unreachable, and there’s no clear support channel. Why is Otelz listing hotels they don’t even have partnerships with and charging customers for fake bookings?
