I booked a hotel through Otelz, paying with my credit card as required. Later, I called the hotel to inform them of my late arrival, only to be told that the payment had been processed directly to them. How is this possible?
Otelz clearly states on their website that no payment will be made to the hotel, yet my money is gone, and no one is helping me. I contacted Otelz customer service, and while they initially said they would handle it, I haven't been able to reach them since. Calls are either ignored or abruptly disconnected, and no one takes the issue seriously.
Otelz, fix this now! If you promise a "no payment to hotel" policy, then why was I charged? I demand immediate clarification and a refund if necessary! I have attached screenshots as proof.
